You will keep reading repetitive compliments like “Nice Machine” or “Best Machine” throughout the customer reviews.
Many warn you that you would become addicted to the Nespresso Lattissima. Some find it incredible that the Lattisima actually lets you adjust the volume of froth and the thickness of milk foam.The automatic rinsing/cleaning feature and the fact that the Lattisima is fully programmable makes it a customer favourite. The ease of use and the variety of Nespresso capsules are features that find the most appreciation.
Very few people have mentioned serious issues. And even those that are mentioned are primarily related to customer service or after-sales service, not technical fault. It seems even the objections mainly originate from misuse or lack of operational knowledge. It would be a good idea for Nespresso to make instructional videos in order to make people more aware of operational instructions, tips to avoid technical failure, etc. Overall, it seems that Nespresso’s Centrifusion technology has found incredible acceptance in the market.
